Yoga Integration® Instructor Certification Program (ICP) ALL LEVELS 2023 STUDENT AGREEMENT + POLICIES

Thank you for applying for our training program! Please review the following information carefully to ensure this training is a good fit for you. Only those who are ready and able to make a full 1-year commitment, attend the 11-day retreat in-person, and adhere to all guidelines should apply.

Yoga Integration® ICP is an in depth training program that will require physical, mental, and emotional commitment. The program provides extensive yoga teacher training and offers the tools to help set each student up for success: foundational understanding of how to teach therapeutic and flow yoga in a mixed-level class setting, create treatment recommendations for private clients, offer online programs, and lead Yoga Integration® Retreats in an inclusive and empowered way.

Yoga Integration® ICP exceeds many, but not all, Yoga Alliance standards for 200-hour yoga teacher training hours in “teaching, training and practice”, ”teaching methodology”, “anatomy”, and “practicum”. However, The Yoga Integration® ICP is NOT an approved YA RYT program

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION (DEI) MISSION STATEMENT

Yoga Integration® strives to cultivate an environment for learning and healing where everyone may be seen and heard. We acknowledge systems of oppression and take into consideration the power of our influence, privilege and our positioning to impact positive and healing change in the yoga culture as ICP members and Yoga Integration® Instructors .

As a member of the ICP we strive to conduct ourselves in a manner that demonstrates our commitment to increasing access in an equitable way to all seeking knowledge of yoga and healing. Equity is particularly necessary for those who have historically and systemically had their voices quieted. Our intention is to amplify all people and their voices in effort to equalize contribution to each conversation.

We do so in a number of ways:

1) Commitment not to teach each other unless others have given consent to be taught on the subject.

2) Assume positive intent. As we grow and learn together, anticipate that mistakes may be made as we reframe our language and perspective.

4) Provide space to allow each other to speak freely, inviting opportunities for teachable moments. By allowing ourselves to be taught and transformed it allows us to become more inclusive as Yoga Integration® Instructors aligned with the mission of serving all people.

These commitments will impact social justice and liberation for all people through intentional professional public presence and individual interactions.

Thank you in advance for the important part you are choosing to play in changing paradigms and the impact your position will make towards a more equitable and accessible space to heal.
